These terms cover the VROOOM website and the Founding Member list.

  1. Who we are

    This website and the Founding Member list are operated by VROOOM Trading and Services W.L.L., Doha, Qatar. You can reach us at contact@vrooom.me.

  2. Launch status

    VROOOM membership and vehicle rental have not launched, and no charges are taken today.

  3. The Founding Member list

    Joining is free. It is not a purchase, and it does not create a membership or any right to a vehicle. You may be invited into the first access waves, at our discretion. The list is for people aged 18 or over, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email from us.

  4. Before anything is paid

    If VROOOM launches paid services, the applicable commercial and rental terms will be presented before you complete any transaction. Nothing on this website is an offer or a commercial commitment.

  5. This website

    The content of this website is informational and may change as VROOOM approaches launch. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any decision taken in reliance on it.

  6. Your data

    How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  7. Changes and law

    We may update these terms before launch, and will tell you if we make a material change to how the list or your data is handled. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.
