How it works

Verify once.
For early access you will need a valid Qatar driving licence and your QID, together with your mobile number and email address. Complete the verification once when you join, then book and unlock available VROOOM cars without repeating the same document check for every trip.

Find a car.
Open the app and see what is near you and when it is free. Can't find one nearby? Request a car.

Unlock with your phone.
Walk up. The car opens. There is no key to collect and no counter to visit.

Drive.
For an hour, a day, or the whole weekend.

End your trip.
Park, lock from your phone, walk away. That is the end of it.

Why own a car when you can own time?
Bookings start from one hour. Need more time? Extend from your phone during your booking: quick extensions from as little as thirty minutes, up to three additional hours at a time. No returning to a counter. No making a call.
Most privately owned cars spend the vast majority of their lives parked. With VROOOM, you pay for the time you choose to book, without taking on the responsibilities of ownership.
Return it, or leave it
Return trip. Bring the car back to its original VROOOM location.
One way trip. Where available, finish at another approved VROOOM location. A separate one way charge may apply, because the vehicle may need to be repositioned for its next member.
What you pay for
The time you book. VROOOM Membership is free.
Before you start, you see the booking estimate and the rates that may apply. After the trip, you see the final amount charged and any additional charge that was triggered. You get a warning before your booking ends, and you can extend for as little as thirty minutes if you need more time.
There is no separate security deposit and no loan. Before a trip, VROOOM may temporarily authorise the estimated booking amount on your payment card. After the trip, the final charge is settled according to the applicable published rates.
Founding members see the full rates before anyone else.
